find the telephone number of a user, when i know his IP.....

Sorry... that's not possible!

Look to my example... I don't have a phone at my home and my computer has an
IP because I'm connected via TV cable.

They are not related - there's no way to cross reference them.

i also know some ways to trace him but not such like find his phone number
i,m waiting 4 it.

you can use websites such as www.Domaintools.com to find contact infomation
about IP addresses.
