HOW CAN i GET THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD?

Sorry, could anyone tell my how the process to get the password of the
administrator

when you are the USER permission have to access to the Network

So my qustion could we get the password of the Admin which we access as

a User?

and if so, please tell how?

if you have physical access to box you can use a utility to reset the
password, google nt password reset, or you can also extract the hash
and crack with lophtcrack lc4 or a similar program, if you dont have
physical access to the machine, you can use a privledge escalation
attack such as shatter.
