Newsgroup Spam Blocker?

Can anybody tell me how to block spam in Newsgroups? All I ever see are
e-mail spamblockers. Can it be done with "Message Rules"? Please help.

This is hard question but a spam, i shore u can go to settings and there u
can do this setting of spam :)
